Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless process.
Manage reservations and assist guests with any inquiries or special reques
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly.
Provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services to guests.
Maintain and update guest records and reservation information.
Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Assist in the coordination of special events or requests.
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating and exceeding their needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Qualification
Must at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality sector.
Proven experience with hotel management systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and attitude.
