We are looking for an enthusuiastic bartender who can give an excellence guest drinking experience to join our team.
Preparation of cocktails and mocktails.
Dispensing of drinks to guests and waiters.
Cashiering and billing.
Requisiting of drink from store to ensure bar is properly stocked.
Ensure the bar is clean at all times
Previous working experience as a barman
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Should be able to prepare speciality coffees
Minimum of a C+ in KCSE.
A team player with strong work ethic.
Ability to learn quickly.
Should be flexible to work for long hours and on weekends and hiolidays as well.

The job holder is responsible for planning, control and execution of all day to day aspects of wine making, spirit/ juice blending, monitors daily winery operations, and oversees the operation of winery processing equipment, co- leading processes and manpower to deliver efficient output at the desired quality.
As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller you are responsible to liaise closely with the Food & Beverage Department on various operational and cost related issues.
