Title: Cleaner – Restaurant,
Our client is a fast casual dining restaurant located in Thika. They seek to hire a cleaner responsible for cleaning any areas assigned, stocking and supplying designated facility areas. All responsibilities are completed following safe work practices and infection control procedures
Perform general cleaning services of a routine nature.
Operate appropriate cleaning equipment and utilize proper cleaning chemicals, safely.
Wash, mop and polish the floors of assigned restaurant areas.
Dust and wipe all counters, shelves, and tables, as required.
Inspect and unclog all sink drains and remove garbage, efficiently.
Report shortage of equipment and supplies to supervisor and ensure their requisition.
Follow health and safety regulation.
Must have KCSE grade C- and above and a certificate in any relevant field
Good communication skills (Oral and written) in both English and Kiswahili
Able to use basic cleaning equipment
Over one year working experience in a similar position
General knowledge of cleaning products and procedures
Social friendly and of high Integrity
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
The job holder is responsible for planning, control and execution of all day to day aspects of wine making, spirit/ juice blending, monitors daily winery operations, and oversees the operation of winery processing equipment, co- leading processes and manpower to deliver efficient output at the desired quality.
As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller you are responsible to liaise closely with the Food & Beverage Department on various operational and cost related issues. You are also responsible to control record and monitor the receiving of goods at the hotel’s from the receiving to the various stores allocated in the hotel
