Duties and Responsibilities
Scout for new business through cold calling and conducting field work.
Provide the customer with the details of the services such as pricing, delivery times etc.
Handling customer enquiries and complaints and escalating them to parties responsible when the need arises.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and appropriate reports.
Maintain professional relationship with each customer
Attend sales meetings, take orders, test products and negotiate prices
Be keen on set targets and work towards achieving the same.
Keeping customer records of enquiries and sales
Service existing accounts.
Gather current market place information on product and pricing and report to management.
