Job Description

Our Client is a leading provider of solar energy solutions. They specialize in harnessing sustainable energy sources to power homes and businesses while reducing environmental impact. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated staff with both technical and sales & marketing skills to drive growth and provide technical support to clients.

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential customers interested in solar products & solutions

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Conduct thorough technical assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solutions.

Present product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of solar energy technologies.

Prepare and deliver persuasive bids and negotiate contracts.

Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government incentives related to renewable energy.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and solar panel systems is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
