Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and other forms of media and convert them.

Develop “out of the box” sales strategies /models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Ensure strong understanding of the company value preposition.

Liaise with the External Agents Manager regularly to identify and seal business opportunities.

Do thorough real estate marketing intelligence to provide evidence based advise to customers.

Support the development and implementation of branding and marketing strategy.

Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Provide regular reports to the External Agents Manager and the management.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a related field of study.

Must be Computer literate and a strong social media enthusiast.

One year experience in Sales, Marketing; Real Estate Sector highly preferred.

Must have at least 2000 followers on social media pages.

Must be ready to start work immediately.
