NATURE OF JOB:FIELD BASED
Answer customer questions regarding paint preferences, color options and related information.
Aid customers in finding excellent matches for their needs.
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
assisting professional contractors and retail customers in selecting paint and related products
Merchandising inventory at the store whenever required
Negotiate prices within the company’s acceptable range for each unit of paint sold.
Entering orders on the computer and assisting management in daily operations of the business.
Experience: Min 2 years paint sales and marketing experience
Certificate /Diploma or equivalent in sales and marketing or a business related course.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to take rejection with a positive attitude
