Title: Sales Representative – Automotive Service Centre,
Gross Salary: Ksh. 35,000 + Commission,
Our client is an automotive service centre start up. They seek to hire an experienced Sales Representative who will be tasked with growing and supporting the company’s market share.
Take charge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, preparation of proposals, negotiations and after sale services.
Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
Answering questions about service outcomes, scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly Sales reports
Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Organising sales visits to new and existing customers.
Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments.
Liaising with service technicians about customer’s inquiries and ensuring parts are available when needed.
Experience in the automotive field is a must.
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree or Diploma Sales
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar.
Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across different departments, both face-to-face and via email
Ability to work autonomously.
An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
