Title: Direct Marketing Executive – E-Commerce,
Reports to: General Manager,
Our client is a global E-Commerce company who seeks to recruit a qualified Direct Marketing Executive who will be in charge of promoting products, services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers. The direct marketing executive will help increase sales by raising the profile of the business, through targeted promotional marketing campaigns and strategies.
Constantly find new ways to reach your target audiences, including in-store displays, special events, direct mailings and advertising.
Contacting potential and existing customers by cold calling, generating sales leads, responding to sales inquiries to secure new and increased business accounts to meet established sales targets.
Be a solution provider to customers by determining their needs and develop/recommend products or services and providing product quotes to customers.
Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
Achieve maximum sales growth and account conversion within the assigned territories.
Attending trade shows and conferences as required.
Prepare accurate and timely sales information and reports for senior managers, marketing and sales teams as well as keeping expense accounts.
A Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder in Business related discipline or equivalent from a recognized college
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
At least 3 years’ experience on the same capacity / or relationship management.
Have excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical skills with the ability to identify key points from complex material or information.
Excellent time management skills.
Demonstrated personal integrity
