Being a business development Manager at Penda Health exposes you to amazing business skills,where you get to interact with different functions and learn about Business Consumer marketing (B2C), Business to Business Marketing (B2B) and build sustainable business relationships.
Effectively present, promote and increase utilization of Penda Medical Centre services to existing and prospective customers and businesses within the communities.
Developing growth strategies and create a plan that is focused on increased sales that will benefit the Medical Centre (s) and lead to patient satisfaction.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products by conducting research and identifying new markets and customer needs .
Researching business opportunities and reporting on successes and areas that need improvement.
Managing and retaining existing relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide feedback and submit frequent after sales reports for timely closing up of leads.
Achieve the set targets and outcomes set for patient numbers and client engagement.
The person should be flexible ,in that they can work overtime and can be able to perform any other duties as may be assigned to him/her from time to time by the supervisor.

Fluent in Swahili and English

Candidates must have a medical related Diploma or Degree. Additional training in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
2 years of experience in health related sales and marketing (B2B and B2C).
