Key roles and responsibilities

Assist and take accountability for the delivery of transfer pricing projects (i.e., transfer pricing documentation & compliance, audit defense, transfer pricing advisory, advance or private rulings, drafting of policies, contracts and agreements, market studies and supply chain and value chain analyses). 

Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to advise our clients on transfer pricing and other tax related issues. 

Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance. 

Formulate financial analyses, undertake economic benchmarking, and research comparable companies. 

Coach and develop associates and/or interns. 

Keep up to date with local and international business and economic issues and applying the knowledge to transfer pricing projects. 

Academic/Professional qualifications and Experience: 

Bachelor's degree in economics, business, law, finance, mathematics, statistics or related field from an accredited university 

Minimum of two years of experience with international tax and transfer pricing projects 

Experience in one or more of the following areas: transfer pricing studies, financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative and competitive analysis, statistical sampling, and econometrics, and/or operational performance analysis 

Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and international transfer pricing guidance and standards 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proficient with Excel and other tools used by the Transfer Pricing practice. 

Excellent communication and project management skills with evidence of managing a project. 

Ability to handle multiple engagements. 

Possess high level analytical skills and a commercial approach to resolving issues and providing advice to clients.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Good Interpersonal skills. 

Good project management/coordination skills, with an ability to generate and plan work efforts and effectively manage project schedules. 

Ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients. 

Flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks. 

Strong organizational skills.
