REPORTING TO THE DIGITAL BUSINESS MANAGER
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent will be responsible for generating monthly sales and collecting reports
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop strategies to help the group increase its market share in new and existing business
Identify new ideas and sales opportunities as well as plan their implementation through Business Executives
Carry out regular reviews of client lists, daily and monthly plans for the Business Executives
Carry out client visits with the Business Executives when necessary
Carry out regular sales meeting with staff to review sales progress and maintain good employee relations
Ensure a high degree of staff morale and discipline by providing performance- driven leadership
Undertake quarterly appraisals of KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/ Commerce or a relevant field
from a recognized institution
5 years’ experience in comparable relevant position in a reputable organization
SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES
Knowledge of a discipline/function e.g. production, finance, sales, training etc.
Ability to co-ordinate with those of other areas.
Translates overall Group plans into operations plans
Ability to make decisions under situation of uncertainty
