Job Description
REPORTING TO: COMMERCIAL MANAGER
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for driving emerging business around Spice FM and Vybez Radio
Key Accountabilities
Revenue growth and budget achievement on our emerging brands
Management of debts and collections
Build strong, effective working relationships with clients both at the direct and agency level
Strategy and creative planning to source for new initiatives and opportunities
Manage team so as to improve productivity
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
At least 5 years experience in media/events/journalism or a similar field
SKILLS AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES
Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Good presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and work ethics
Passionate, positive attitude, ambitious, self-driven, organized, decisive and assertive
