Title: Customer Service Intern,

The Customer Service Intern will be tasked with shortlisting candidates’ profiles and work closely with the recruitment team to find the best candidates. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Shortlisting suitable candidates based on the provided job description.

Assist the recruitment team with scheduling and coordinating interviews.

Offer support to the recruitment department in scheduling interviews, shortlisting and report writing.

Report writing and report generation.

Prepare interview documents. 

Supporting recruitment team.

Perform initial applicant screening.

Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to respective departments

Handle basic book-keeping tasks 

Assist in administrative roles in payroll and outsourcing

 

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Work experience should be between 6 months and not more than one and a half years.

Good Communication skills with an outgoing personality.

Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Fast to understand concepts with keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Age: 23-25 years preferably.
