Job Description

We are seeking to hire an efficient customer service executive who will handle customer inquiries act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and any other official communication.

Create content for online marketing.

Regularly update all social media accounts.

Create content for quarterly company newsletters and send/update all clients.

Update clients on upcoming promotions, new offers, new products etc.

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Ensure the office premise is clean and well organized at all times.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

 

Qualifications.

A Degree/Diploma in Business Management

Must have at least 3 years’ customer service experience in a busy environment.

Excellent communication skills.

Good Customer service skills.

Excellent writing skills.

Knowledge of basic computer applications.

Billing software experience is an added advantage.

Knowledge of IT products is an added advantage.

Must be a good problem solver.

Good interpersonal skills.

Must have the ability to multi-task.

Good crisis management skills.
