Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handling of inbound calls, outbound calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
• Website online order processing
• Handle any issues or discrepancies from customers regarding their orders
• Perform product details updates on the website such as sale promotions, and uploading new products
• Occasional dealer management
• Service centre upcountry dispatch repairs coordination
• Any other duty as may be assigned
• Please note this role will include various duties including but not limited to the above

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Business degree/diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Kitchen & Home Appliances.
• Experience in an e-commerce retail environment is an added advantage
• Call center/customer service/front office experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
