Title: Bids & Tendering Officer – ERP solutions,
Gross Salary: 50k – 65k plus performance based incentives,
Our client is an ICT solutions company. They seek to hire a highly organized & detail oriented Bids and Tendering Officer. The role holder will be tasked with preparation of tender documents and following through the entire tendering process.
Timely preparation of tender documents, quotations and proposal presentations.
Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work.
Timely and accurately preparation of tender documents, quotations and proposal presentations.
Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points of the organization
Researching, writing and/or checking proposals.
Working with key members of the project team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid.
Assessing and addressing the technical and commercial risks relating to the bid.
Researching current and future market trends
Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted
Degree in Business Management or related field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an IT company.
Must have dealt with ERP solutions.
Experience in preparation of tender documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
