The jobholder is will develop and implement Bank’s Mobile-First Digital strategy and ensure the Bank has an excellent go-to–market strategy for all Mobile Channels to increase penetration & utilization, and reduce churn on the Bank’s Mobile Channels across the market segments.
The role holder will develop and implement Bank’s Mobile Money strategy and ensure the Bank has an excellent go-to–market strategy for all Mobile Money Solutions and Partnerships to increase the Bank’s liabilities and customer reach through Mobile Money propositions, across the market segments.
