Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Build and manage the sales funnel with the primary responsibility to find and close new sales prospects.
Perform in-depth client / prospect needs analysis resulting in full solutions proposals
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Establish and nurture professional business relationships with corporate clients.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or another related field.
More than 2 years of experience in selling HR products in a HR Consultancy company.
The candidate must have familiarized with selling HR services and in the current or previous position.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communicator.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
