Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.

Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management systems.

Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.

Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.

Advise leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.

Evaluate and enhance HR processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify opportunities for automation and the implementation of HR technologies.

Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist, preferably in the technology industry

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficient in HRIM and other relevant HR software

Certification in Human Resources and preferably a member of HRIM is a plus.
