The position holder will be handling a wide range of personal administrative tasks to support the Executive and will be expected to work independently, with little or no supervision while being exceedingly well organized and adaptable.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
A minimum of 4 years’ extensive experience as a personal assistant
Experience dealing with senior management
Highly proficient in Ms Office, specifically, Ms Excel and Ms Word
Competencies & Skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discerning between private and sensitive information vs public information
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-organise as well as organise others
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally represent the Executive.

Confidence in dealing with and managing complex situations
The incumbent will be responsible for enforcing underwriting controls in the branch including on-barding, certificates, booking of business, documentation, Implementing underwriting guidelines, processes and procedures to ensure quality underwriting and business, ensuring profitability of the branch through quality control and on-boarding, ensuring quality documentation, timely turn around and maintaining excellent customer service and retention support.
The job holder will be responsible for meeting production targets, both new and renewal by generating new and maintaining business from all channels in all the regions.
