The position holder will be handling a wide range of personal administrative tasks to support the Executive and will be expected to work independently, with little or no supervision while being exceedingly well organized and adaptable.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
A minimum of 4 years’ extensive experience as a personal assistant
Experience dealing with senior management
Highly proficient in Ms Office, specifically, Ms Excel and Ms Word
Competencies & Skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discerning between private and sensitive information vs public information
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-organise as well as organise others
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally represent the Executive.

The Head of Channels will support the business to achieve its goals and objectives by using effective practices to support, maintain the channels infrastructure and applications to allow the business to achieve strategic objectives and deliver to customers the required channel services.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role offers a unique opportunity to act as a truly focused Business Partner to the BUs, sitting within the marketing department. The successful candidate will deliver insightful analysis to answer key business questions that directly influence and deliver the businesses short- and long-term marketing strategy.
