Our client is a well-established law firm based in Nairobi. They seek to hire a professional and versatile individual to run the front desk.
Greet and welcome guests
Handling all visitors and enquires at the reception desk
Operating the switch board and responding to general enquiries
Recording and dispatching outgoing mails
Receiving, recording and distributing incoming letters and pleadings
Managing visitor’s appointment schedules
Managing the boardroom and meeting rooms bookings
Welcoming and serving refreshments to clients and visitors
Maintaining contact list for all clients and/or visitors
Ensuring the reception area, meeting rooms and board room are neat and clean at all times.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other Business related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy set up
Previous experience in a busy law firm is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Front office management skills
