Our client is a manufacturing company, providing Packaging Solutions, for chemicals, plastic products and general packaging. They seek to hire a result-oriented Sales Rep responsible for increasing sales for the company products. S/He will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and administration of business to the Tea Processing and marketing stakeholders who are the major clients. The incumbent will also handle business development, debt collection, customer relations, and order seeking for company products.
Development of strong relationships with Tea Marketing Agencies customers
Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term
Ensure Route to Market & Territory Management optimization
Monitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met
Ensure cash collection as per agreed terms with customers (work and communicate closely with Finance department)
Collection of old Debts as well as reengineering new business i.e. developing cold leads and converting them to business.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts’ sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
MUST have 4-5 years in experience in sales and marketing of Packaging Solutions.
MUST have a valid driving licence (Manual Car)
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to work in a team
Should be highly motivated and aggressive sales person
Should be presentable & well kept at all times.
