Reporting to: Senior HR Officer
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Provide logistics support to the Executive offices
Take charge of the Administration and Executive Registries.
Ensure optimal operation of office equipment, supplies, and inventories with preventive maintenance.
Provide bureau services to various departments: binging, photocopying, scanning, typing
Undertake Office administration at the Hqs and assist in company administration
Assist in procurement process and oversee the administration of Company stores.
Provide front office services.
Attend to telephony and all incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence.
Play a key role in marketing of the Company
Any other duty that may be communicated from time to time.
Diploma in Procurement/Marketing/Marketing/HRM
Age: 26-30 yrs
Strong proficiency in English & Kiswahili (oral and written).
Previous experience as an Administration officer/assistant.
Knowledge of Tendering Procedures.
Experience in Digital Marketing
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Strong communication and people skills
Good organization skills with an emphasis on multi-tasking abilities
Customer service orientation
Can work with minimum supervision
Ability to meet deadlines

The Marketing and Communications Department of I&M Bank handles all brand management functions of the I&M Bank Group including advertising and promotions, media and public relations, event management, sponsorships, corporate brand management, corporate communications and publications.
The role holder will be responsible for answering calls and emails in a professional and informative manner and account for the interactions in the CRM system.Provide timely and appropriate responses to clients and/or assign tickets to the right person or department.
