Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.

Sort and organize all invoicing documents and submit invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Manage outstanding AR and resolve any invoicing issues that may arise.

Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.

Reconcile accounts in a timely manner as assigned.

Preparing & Reconciling statements for suppliers & creditors.

Liaising with directors on payment schedules.

Filing receipts as well as handling accounts payables/receivables.

Daily entry of key data of financial transactions in database as assigned

Function in accordance with established standards, and procedures and applicable laws.

Efficiently and accurately scan, index and quality check all company related paperwork.

Perform general office duties as well as other assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Must have bachelor’s degree in accounting

Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting or finance with both receivable and payables expertise, preferably in the logistics sector.

Must be proficient in excel or similar accounting system.

Exceptional ability to execute multiple projects and assignments with high attention to detail and without error.

Must have In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations and good analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.

Must have integrity with high morals and professional ethical values.

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to meet deadlines, multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Must be willing to learn and work as part of an international team.
